They foster a collaborative culture, invest heavily in employee development, and provide long-term opportunities for career advancement.Job DescriptionDesign electrical systems including power distribution, lighting, grounding, emergency power, and low-voltage systems.Perform electrical load calculations, short-circuit studies, and coordination analyses using industry-standard software.Prepare construction documents, specifications, drawings, and technical reports for project delivery.Develop equipment selections and schedules for electrical systems and components.Coordinate electrical designs with mechanical, plumbing, structural, and architectural disciplines.Conduct site visits, field surveys, and existing building assessments to support project development.Review contractor submittals, respond to RFIs, and provide construction administration support throughout project execution.Ensure designs comply with NEC, NFPA standards, local building codes, and client requirements.Attend client meetings and collaborate with internal and external project stakeholders throughout all phases of design and construction.Support project managers in maintaining project schedules, budgets, and deliverables.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
