Electrical Estimator | Construction

• Evaluate potential bid opportunities, conduct an initial risk analysis, and determine if the opportunity should be pursued.
• Lead the estimating process for electrical projects, from initial concept through final submission.
• Responsibly assign appropriate tasks to junior estimators and project managers as necessary.
• Evaluate subcontractor and supplier quotes for accuracy and relevance and incorporate them into overall estimates.
• Prepare or supervise the preparation of bid documents and ensure timely delivery.
• Develop detailed and accurate cost estimates for various types of pursuits, including plan and specification, design build, design assist, and conceptual budgets.
• Review completed estimates and proposals for thoroughness, accuracy, value engineering alternatives and compliance with strategic goals.
