Electrical Test Engineer - Defense - Rye, NH

Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and maintain electrical test procedures for production and qualification testing.
• Design and support test fixtures, test equipment, and automated test systems.
• Perform functional, diagnostic, and environmental testing to verify performance against specifications.
• Investigate electrical failures and non-conformances, supporting root cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Review and interpret engineering drawings, schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical specifications.
• Partner with Design Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, and Quality teams to improve product testability and reliability.
• Analyse test data and generate reports, recommendations, and process improvement initiatives.
• Support new product introduction activities through test strategy development and validation testing.
• Maintain, calibrate, and verify testing equipment in accordance with company and industry standards.
• Support quality system documentation, audits, and customer qualification requirements.
