The company offers a collaborative engineering environment focused on innovation, operational excellence, and continuous improvement.Job DescriptionResponsibilities:Develop, implement, and maintain electrical test procedures for production and qualification testing.Design and support test fixtures, test equipment, and automated test systems.Perform functional, diagnostic, and environmental testing to verify performance against specifications.Investigate electrical failures and non-conformances, supporting root cause analysis and corrective actions.Review and interpret engineering drawings, schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical specifications.Partner with Design Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, and Quality teams to improve product testability and reliability.Analyse test data and generate reports, recommendations, and process improvement initiatives.Support new product introduction activities through test strategy development and validation testing.Maintain, calibrate, and verify testing equipment in accordance with company and industry standards.Support quality system documentation, audits, and customer qualification requirements.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
