The organization values integrity, accountability, and high standards, providing a workplace where technical expertise and innovative thinking are encouraged and rewarded.Job DescriptionDevelop, implement, and maintain electrical testing procedures for both production and qualification activities.Design, support, and improve test fixtures, test stations, and automated testing systems.Execute functional, environmental, and diagnostic testing to validate product performance against technical requirements.Investigate electrical failures, perform troubleshooting activities, and support structured root cause analysis efforts.Interpret engineering drawings, schematics, wiring diagrams, and customer specifications to support testing and validation requirements.Partner with design, manufacturing, and quality teams to improve product reliability, manufacturability, and testability.Analyze test results and prepare reports, recommendations, and improvement plans based on data trends.Support new product introduction activities through development of validation plans and test strategies.Maintain and calibrate testing equipment to ensure compliance with quality and regulatory standards.Assist with quality management system documentation, audits, and product qualification activities.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
