Joining this organization means becoming part of a team that values technical excellence, hands-on problem solving, and the development of cutting-edge detection and monitoring technologies.Job DescriptionProvide technical support and application guidance, offering recommendations to customers and internal teams.Support electronics design modifications, component substitutions, and ongoing product enhancements.Develop, execute, and document test plans to validate product performance, functionality, and reliability.Identify obsolete components and assist with engineering change notices (ECNs) and product updates.Read, interpret, and work from electrical schematics, engineering drawings, and technical specifications.Troubleshoot electronic systems and provide support to production testing and assembly teams.Maintain accurate technical documentation and collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, and quality personnel.Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and perform other duties as required.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
