Employees benefit from a stable and supportive workplace that values work-life balance, offers competitive compensation, and provides long-term career development within a growing technical field.Job DescriptionDesign and develop electrical control systems for custom automation equipmentProgram and troubleshoot PLC systems using ladder logic (e.g., Allen-Bradley, Mitsubishi, Fanuc, Direct Logic) Create and interpret electrical schematics and wiring diagrams using CAD softwareIntegrate robotics, motion control, and vision systems into manufacturing processesDesign and configure control panels for automation systemsSupport installation, commissioning, and optimization of automated equipmentDiagnose and resolve technical issues both remotely and on-site as neededCollaborate with internal engineering teams to deliver high-quality automation solutionsProvide technical support to customers and ensure system functionality and performanceApply knowledge of electrical theory, hydraulics, pneumatics, and safety controls in system designTravel occasionally (up to ~10%) to support projects and customer needsMPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
