They specialize in the design, development, and production of high-quality electronic sensors for various industries including automotive, aerospace, medical, and industrial electronics.Job DescriptionThe Engineering Manager will report into the Director of Engineering and be responsible for:Lead and develop a team of applications engineers, development engineers, and technicians.Mentor team members and support professional growth and succession planning.Partner with commercial teams to understand customer requirements and develop tailored technical solutions.Engage directly with key customers to address technical challenges, support product evaluations, and strengthen long-term relationships.Translate customer and market requirements into product specifications and development priorities.Collaborate with global engineering and R&D teams to advance existing products and introduce new technologies.Oversee testing, validation, and qualification activities for new products and custom solutions.Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Operations, Product Management, and Engineering teams to align business and technical objectives.Serve as a technical resource for internal teams and customers.Drive innovation and continuous improvement initiatives across the engineering organization.Apply today for immediate consideration!
