Job Description



The Manufacturing Manager will oversee day-to-day production operations, leading teams to achieve safety, quality, delivery, productivity, and cost objectives. This individual will be responsible for workforce planning, employee development, continuous improvement initiatives, and driving operational performance through the use of data, lean manufacturing principles, and strategic execution.

The role partners closely with plant leadership to ensure manufacturing processes remain efficient, scalable, and aligned with business objectives.

  • Lead manufacturing personnel and resources to meet production, quality, and delivery targets.
  • Drive Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives to improve performance and reduce costs.
  • Develop team capabilities through coaching, training, cross-functional collaboration, and succession planning.

The Successful Applicant



The ideal candidate is a proven manufacturing leader with experience managing operations in a fast-paced production environment. They possess strong leadership, problem-solving, and continuous improvement skills, along with a track record of driving operational excellence, developing teams, and implementing sustainable process improvements.

  • B.S. in Engineering, Business, or a related technical discipline.
  • 7+ years of manufacturing leadership experience with expertise in Lean Manufacturing methodologies.
  • Demonstrated success improving safety, productivity, quality, and operational performance through data-driven decision making.
