Job Description

This Engineering Manager will be responsible for:

  • Leading and developing a team of manufacturing engineers, programmers, and technical staff.
  • Driving continuous improvement initiatives focused on productivity, quality, and cost reduction.
  • Overseeing manufacturing processes, tooling strategies, and process documentation.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to launch and scale new products into production.
  • Analyzing production data and identifying opportunities for automation and operational improvement.
  • Supporting capital equipment investments and manufacturing technology implementation.

The Successful Applicant

A Successful Engineering Manager will have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
  • 10+ years of engineering leadership experience within a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong experience supporting CNC machining, fabrication, assembly, or precision manufacturing.
  • Proven success leading engineering teams and developing talent.
  • Experience managing projects from concept through implementation.
  • Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologies.
  • Strong technical expertise in tooling, machining processes, and manufacturing systems.
  • Experience with ERP systems and engineering software such as SolidWorks and Microsoft Dynamics
