Engineering Manager - RF

• Lead and develop a team of RF and Mechanical Engineers, fostering a high-performance and collaborative engineering organization.
• Provide strategic and technical leadership for both new product development and sustaining engineering initiatives.
• Partner with business development and sales teams to establish technology roadmaps aligned with customer and market needs.
• Drive the design, enhancement, and maintenance of advanced RF and microwave products and systems.
• Allocate engineering resources across multiple projects to ensure successful execution of business priorities.
• Manage engineering operating budgets, including IR&D, sustaining engineering, and customer-funded development programs.
• Establish and maintain engineering processes, design standards, and best practices to support quality and efficiency.
• Monitor industry and technology trends to inform product strategy and organizational capabilities.
• Serve as a key technical representative to customers, supporting business development activities and technical discussions.
• Support proposal development, project planning, engineering estimates, and program cost assessments.
• Promote a culture focused on innovation, accountability, employee development, and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with leadership teams to achieve operational and strategic business objectives.
