Job Description

* Prepare quantity takeoffs and detailed cost estimates using digital estimating software

* Support preconstruction activities for ground-up and large-scale commercial developments

* Assist project teams with budgeting, bid evaluations, and subcontractor coordination

* Review drawings, specifications, and project documents to identify scope requirements

* Partner with construction leaders throughout project planning and execution phases

The Successful Applicant

A successful Project Engineer should have:

* 1-3 years of construction, estimating, or project engineering experience

* Ability to perform accurate quantity takeoffs from construction documents

* Exposure to commercial, healthcare, industrial, multifamily, retail, or education projects

* Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and cost control

* Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred
