Job Description

  • Prepare detailed cost estimates for construction projects, including materials, labor, and equipment.
  • Collaborate with project managers and architects to review project requirements and specifications.
  • Analyze blueprints, drawings, and other project documentation.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain competitive pricing.
  • Monitor and update cost databases to ensure accuracy and relevance.
  • Present cost estimates and reports to stakeholders for review and approval.
  • Identify potential cost-saving opportunities and recommend adjustments to project plans.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant codes, standards, and regulations.
