Job Description

  • Prepare detailed and accurate cost estimates for construction projects, ensuring alignment with project specifications and timelines.
  • Analyze project plans, specifications, and other documentation to determine project requirements and costs.
  • Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to assess project needs and budgets.
  • Identify and evaluate risks, providing solutions to minimize cost overruns and project delays.
  • Source and negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain competitive pricing and quality materials.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation for all estimates and cost analyses.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, material costs, and construction techniques to ensure competitive and accurate estimates.
