Job Description

  • Develop detailed project cost estimates and bid proposals.
  • Review plans, specifications, and contract documents.
  • Perform quantity takeoffs and pricing analysis.
  • Solicit and evaluate subcontractor and supplier bids.
  • Identify risks, cost-saving opportunities, and value engineering options.
  • Partner with operations and project management teams during preconstruction.
  • Assist with bid strategy and proposal development.
  • Participate in pre-bid meetings and site visits.

The Successful Applicant

  • 3+ years of estimating experience within commercial construction.
  • Experience with commercial, industrial, healthcare, education, multifamily, hospitality, or institutional projects.
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical skill set.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple estimates simultaneously.
