Estimator- Commercial Construction

• Prepare detailed cost estimates for commercial construction projects.
• Analyze project requirements and specifications to determine accurate pricing.
• Collaborate with project managers and subcontractors to gather necessary information.
• Evaluate project risks and provide recommendations to mitigate them.
• Maintain and update cost databases for future project estimates.
• Prepare bid proposals and assist in contract negotiations.
• Monitor market trends and pricing to ensure competitive estimates.
• Work closely with the construction team to ensure project budgets are met.
