Job Description

Reporting into senior preconstruction leadership, the Estimator will play a key role in securing and delivering successful projects.

  • Prepare detailed conceptual, schematic, and hard bid estimates
  • Review drawings, specifications, and project documentation to develop accurate pricing
  • Solicit and evaluate subcontractor and supplier proposals
  • Identify value engineering opportunities and cost-saving solutions
  • Collaborate with operations, project management, and field teams during preconstruction
  • Manage bid submissions and ensure deadlines are met
  • Support client relationship management throughout the estimating process

The Successful Applicant

  • 3-5 years of estimating experience within commercial construction
  • Experience pricing Class A office renovations and tenant improvement projects
  • Exposure to high-rise interior build-outs and renovation work
  • Strong understanding of commercial construction methods, materials, and pricing
  • Ability to interpret construction drawings and specifications
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and deadline management
  • Proficiency with estimating software and Microsoft Office applications
