They offer a stable project pipeline, a supportive culture, and the opportunity to work on impactful projects across a diverse range of industries.Job DescriptionPrepare detailed cost estimates for ground-up and renovation construction projects.Analyze drawings, specifications, subcontractor proposals, and material pricing.Collaborate with project teams throughout the preconstruction and bidding process.Participate in value engineering exercises and budget development.Manage multiple estimates simultaneously across varying project sizes and sectors.Work directly with executive leadership to develop competitive bid strategies.Maintain accurate estimating documentation and cost histories.Utilize Procore and Microsoft Office Suite to support estimating and preconstruction activities.Assist in client presentations and preconstruction meetings as needed.Support projects located primarily throughout Southern New Hampshire, Northern Massachusetts, and Southern Maine.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
