Known for exceptional client relationships and a strong reputation in the market, the company generates the majority of its work through repeat business and long-term partnerships.Job DescriptionPrepare detailed cost estimates and competitive project bids for commercial construction projects.Analyze drawings, specifications, and project requirements to develop accurate budgets and proposals.Solicit and evaluate subcontractor and vendor pricing.Identify and pursue new project opportunities alongside company leadership.Participate in preconstruction planning, budgeting, and value engineering efforts.Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and industry partners.Support the transition of awarded projects to the operations team.Track market pricing, material costs, and labor trends to ensure estimate accuracy.Collaborate with leadership on strategic growth initiatives and business development efforts.Travel to project sites and client meetings within approximately a two-hour radius of Grover, NC.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
