Estimator - Construction - Boca Raton

• Prepare detailed and accurate cost estimates for construction projects.
• Analyze project plans, specifications, and other documentation to determine costs.
• Collaborate with project managers, architects, and engineers to gather necessary information.
• Identify and evaluate potential cost-saving opportunities and risks.
• Maintain records of historical data for use in future estimates.
• Assist in the preparation of bid proposals and tender submissions.
• Review and update estimates throughout the project lifecycle as needed.
• Ensure compliance with company and industry standards in all estimates.
