Job Description

  • Prepare detailed cost estimates for construction projects, including labor, materials, and equipment.
  • Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and architects to analyze project requirements and specifications.
  • Assist in preparing and submitting competitive bid proposals for new projects.
  • Review project plans and specifications to identify potential cost-saving opportunities.
  • Monitor project budgets to ensure alignment with cost estimates and recommend adjustments as needed.
  • Communicate effectively with subcontractors and suppliers to obtain accurate pricing and availability.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, market conditions, and construction techniques.
