Job Description

  • Review project drawings, specifications, and scope details to prepare accurate construction estimates.
  • Build cost estimates for labor, materials, equipment, and subcontractor work.
  • Request, review, and compare vendor and subcontractor pricing to support complete bid packages.
  • Identify cost drivers, assumptions, and scope gaps to improve estimate clarity.
  • Develop quantity takeoffs and organize supporting cost information for project reviews.
  • Work with construction teams to confirm project requirements and estimate assumptions.
  • Update estimates when project plans, specifications, or pricing change.
  • Prepare bid documents and cost summaries that support timely project decisions.
