They've built a reputation for precision, accountability, and successfully executing challenging work across a competitive regional market.Job DescriptionThe Estimator - Corporate Commercial Interiors - Arlington will be responsible for:Leading estimating efforts for commercial interior and renovation projects from concept through final bidDeveloping detailed budgets, takeoffs, and cost analyses across multiple scopesBuilding and maintain relationships with subcontractors and vendors to ensure competitive pricingPartnering with project management and leadership to refine project strategy and execution plansMentoring junior staff and contribute to the growth of the preconstruction functionEvaluating drawings, specifications, and proposals to identify risks and cost-saving opportunitiesUtilizing tools such as Procore, Bluebeam, and MS Project for estimating and coordinationMPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
