The team focuses on demolition, asbestos abatement, and sitework, often supporting healthcare related projects and other technically sensitive environments.

Job Description

  • Prepare estimates for demolition, abatement, and sitework projects
  • Perform takeoffs and review drawings and specifications
  • Work closely with project teams and leadership on bid strategy
  • Support project execution when needed, wearing multiple hats across estimating and operations
  • Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers
  • Utilize Procore for project and cost tracking

The Successful Applicant

  • Experience in demolition, asbestos, environmental, or sitework preferred
  • Exposure to healthcare or regulated environments is a plus
  • Strong attention to detail and willingness to take on a dynamic role
  • Ability to work collaboratively with a small, hands on team
  • Familiarity with Procore and other construction softwares
