Backed by strong revenue growth, an impressive project pipeline, and exceptional employee retention, they offer a stable and people-focused environment where employees can build lasting careers.Job DescriptionThe Estimator will be responsible for:Preparing accurate conceptual, schematic, and hard-bid estimates for commercial and multifamily construction projects.Reviewing drawings, specifications, and BIM models to complete detailed quantity takeoffs.Soliciting, analyzing, and comparing subcontractor and supplier proposals to ensure complete scope coverage.Developing project budgets, cost breakdowns, and value engineering recommendations.Evaluating project risks, constructability challenges, and market factors impacting pricing.Supporting the preparation of proposals, bid packages, pricing exhibits, and scope clarifications.Partnering with project management and operations teams to ensure a seamless transition from preconstruction to execution.Maintaining historical cost data and updating estimating systems to improve future bid accuracy.Contributing to strategic planning by identifying cost-saving opportunities and process improvements.Collaborating with internal stakeholders to support successful project pursuits and client relationships.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
