Estimator (Environmental Remediation and/or Demolition)

• Prepare detailed cost estimates for environmental remediation and/or demolition projects.
• Analyze project requirements, specifications, and blueprints to determine necessary materials and labor.
• Collaborate with project teams to ensure accurate budgeting and timeline planning.
• Review and evaluate subcontractor and supplier proposals for accuracy and competitiveness.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry costs, trends, and standards.
• Provide input and recommendations to optimize project costs and efficiency.
• Communicate effectively with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure project alignment.
• Assist in preparing bid documents and responding to client inquiries.
