Job Description

Review project plans and specifications to prepare detailed cost estimates for commercial construction projects.
Analyze labor, material, equipment, and subcontractor costs to develop competitive bids.
Collaborate with project managers, architects, and clients to ensure estimates align with project goals and timelines.
Evaluate historical data and market trends to improve accuracy and refine future estimates.
Present estimates and cost proposals to leadership and stakeholders for approval and negotiation.

Demonstrating extensive experience with hard bid estimating for commercial construction projects.
Possessing strong analytical skills to evaluate project plans, costs, and timelines accurately.
Excelling in communication and collaboration with clients, contractors, and project teams.
Extensive expertise in Job Order Contracting (JOC) estimating, including the development of detailed price proposals using unit price books and ensuring compliance with JOC contract requirements.
Bringing a track record of delivering accurate, competitive estimates that align with project objectives.
