The Estimator/Preconstruction Manager will play a vital role in overseeing preconstruction activities, including cost estimation and project planning, within the commercial construction industry. Experience estimating projects in the Ground Up, multifamily space, $40M or larger is required for consideration for this role. Office based role with flexibility for 1 day remote.

Job Description

  • Prepare accurate cost estimates and budgets for construction projects.
  • Analyze project documents to determine scope and requirements.
  • Collaborate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to develop comprehensive project plans.
  • Evaluate bid proposals and negotiate contracts with suppliers and vendors.
  • Monitor preconstruction schedules to ensure timely completion of deliverables.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to optimize project costs and timelines.
  • Maintain thorough documentation of estimates and project-related data.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant building codes and regulations.
