The company has built a reputation for quality, responsiveness, and technical expertise while investing in its people, processes, and long-term growth.Job DescriptionThe Estimator - CNC Machining will report directly into the General Manager and be responsible for:Review customer blueprints, specifications, CAD models, and technical drawings to evaluate manufacturability and define manufacturing operations.Develop detailed cost estimates including materials, machining cycle times, labor, tooling, outside processes, overhead, and profit margins.Identify and communicate quote risks, assumptions, and exclusions prior to submission.Coordinate with suppliers to obtain pricing for raw materials, hardware, and special processing requirements.Prepare comprehensive quote packages including pricing, lead times, technical notes, and assumptions.Review customer purchase orders against submitted quotes to ensure alignment on scope, pricing, and delivery requirements.Partner with engineering, production, quality, and customer teams to optimize manufacturability and reduce costs.Maintain accurate estimating records and historical data to improve quoting accuracy and consistency.Apply today for immediate consideration!
