Job Description

  • Prepare detailed cost estimates for mixed commercial construction projects.
  • Analyze project specifications, drawings, and requirements to determine accurate cost estimates.
  • Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to gather necessary information.
  • Source and evaluate vendor and supplier quotes for materials and services.
  • Monitor and update cost estimates based on changes in project scope or market conditions.
  • Ensure compliance with company standards and client requirements during the estimation process.
  • Provide support for contract negotiations by offering cost-related insights and recommendations.
  • Maintain records of estimates, proposals, and historical cost data for future reference.
