Job Description

  • Develop detailed and accurate cost estimates for mixed commercial construction projects.
  • Collaborate with project managers and clients to understand project scopes and requirements.
  • Analyze project documents, drawings, and specifications to determine costs.
  • Identify and evaluate potential risks and opportunities in the estimating process.
  • Maintain an updated database of costs for labor, materials, and equipment.
  • Prepare and present proposals to stakeholders and project teams.
  • Assist in value engineering exercises to optimize project budgets.
  • Track and report project costs to ensure alignment with estimates.
