Job Description

  • Prepare detailed cost estimates for construction projects, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and architects to gather necessary project details.
  • Analyze project specifications, drawings, and other documentation to prepare comprehensive estimates.
  • Identify and evaluate potential cost-saving opportunities and risks.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain competitive pricing.
  • Monitor project costs and budgets to ensure adherence to financial goals.
  • Present and explain estimates to stakeholders and provide recommendations as needed.
