About Our Client

Our client is a respected luxury residential builder specializing in custom homes and high-end residential construction projects. Due to continued project demand and growth, the company is seeking a construction professional capable of managing both estimating and project execution functions.

Job Description

  • Prepare detailed estimates and project budgets for custom home projects.
  • Analyze construction documents, specifications, and scope requirements.
  • Solicit and review subcontractor and supplier proposals.
  • Manage project schedules, budgets, and overall execution.
  • Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, homeowners, and consultants.
  • Lead project meetings and maintain client communication.
  • Manage change orders, forecasting, and cost reporting.
  • Ensure quality standards, safety requirements, and project deadlines are achieved.
  • Oversee projects from preconstruction through closeout.

The Successful Applicant

  • 5+ years of construction estimating and/or project management experience.
  • Background in luxury residential, custom homes, high-end renovations, or boutique construction.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Detail-oriented professional with excellent organizational abilities.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and project priorities.
  • Self-starter capable of working independently while collaborating with leadership.
