Job Description

  • Prepare budgets, estimates, and cost analyses for retail projects
  • Review plans, specifications, and subcontractor pricing proposals
  • Support value engineering and cost-saving initiatives
  • Coordinate bid packages and subcontractor communication
  • Partner with project teams throughout the preconstruction process

The Successful Applicant

A successful Estimator should have:

  • 5+ years of commercial estimating experience
  • Direct retail construction estimating background required
  • Experience with general contractors or retail developers preferred
  • Strong understanding of commercial construction costs and procurement
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills
