Our client is a privately held commercial contractor specializing in large-scale industrial and logistics developments. With a growing footprint across the Southeast, the company has expanded to more than 200 employees and delivers complex distribution and warehouse facilities for nationally recognized clients.

Job Description

* Prepare detailed conceptual and hard-bid estimates for ground-up industrial projects
* Analyze drawings, specifications, and subcontractor proposals
* Develop scopes, budgets, and quantity takeoffs throughout preconstruction
* Collaborate with operations teams to support project execution strategies

The Successful Applicant

* 5-7 years of commercial construction estimating experience
* Industrial, warehouse, or tilt-wall project experience preferred
* Proficient with Procore and advanced MS Excel functions
* Strong understanding of subcontractor procurement and bid analysis
* Effective communicator with a collaborative, team-oriented approach

What's on Offer

Salary: $110,000 - $140,000 base + 10% bonus
* ESOP program, company-paid healthcare, and $1,000 HSA contribution
