Job Description

* Prepare quantity takeoffs, labor calculations, and material estimates for commercial construction projects.

* Collaborate with preconstruction teams to develop competitive bid submissions.

* Analyze drawings, specifications, and project documents to identify project costs.

* Assist with budgeting, value engineering, and conceptual estimating efforts.

* Support project pursuits across healthcare, industrial, multifamily, and education sectors.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Estimator should have:

* 2+ years of construction estimating experience.

* Experience performing takeoffs and preparing estimates for projects valued at $5M+.

* Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.

* Experience within commercial construction markets preferred.

* Collaborative mindset with strong communication and problem-solving skills.
