With a collaborative team structure and steady growth, they are seeking an Estimator to join their team, supporting a consistent pipeline of work by preparing accurate estimates and partnering closely with internal stakeholders in a stable, team-oriented environment.Job DescriptionThe Estimator will:Prepare detailed and accurate cost estimates for a variety of commercial and institutional projectsAnalyze drawings, specifications, and project documents to develop complete pricingCollaborate closely with project managers, estimators, and internal team members throughout the estimating processSolicit and evaluate subcontractor and vendor pricing to ensure competitive and comprehensive bidsAssist in reviewing project scope and identifying potential risks or cost-saving opportunitiesSupport the preconstruction process by helping to develop budgets and preliminary estimatesMaintain organized documentation and ensure all estimates align with company standards and processesContribute to a steady pipeline of regional projects by supporting timely and efficient bid preparationMPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
