Estimator

• Prepare detailed and accurate cost estimates for construction projects in the property industry.
• Analyze project plans, specifications, and requirements to determine labor, material, and time estimates.
• Collaborate with project managers, architects, and subcontractors to gather necessary project details.
• Identify and evaluate potential risks to ensure cost-effective project execution.
• Maintain and update cost databases and documentation for future reference.
• Provide support during bid preparation and contract negotiations.
