With a collaborative culture and a steady pipeline of repeat clients, they pride themselves on their commitment to craftsmanship, integrity, and long-term partnerships.Job DescriptionPrepare detailed conceptual and hard bid estimates for multifamily residential projects (garden-style, podium, mid-rise, and wrap construction).Perform quantity takeoffs, cost analysis, and pricing using plans, specifications, and other project documents.Solicit, review, and analyze subcontractor and supplier bids to ensure scope coverage and competitiveness.Collaborate with project managers, architects, engineers, and owners during preconstruction and budgeting phases.Identify value engineering opportunities and cost-saving strategies without compromising quality.Develop and maintain relationships with subcontractors, vendors, and industry partners in the regional market.Assist in preparing proposals, bid packages, and client presentations.Stay current with material pricing trends, labor conditions, and local market factors.Support handoff meetings to operations teams and maintain continuity throughout project lifecycle.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
