With decades of experience, Kiely has built a reputation for delivering complex projects safely, efficiently, and with the highest standards of quality and professionalism.Job DescriptionReview project plans, specifications, geotechnical reports, and contract documents to develop comprehensive cost estimates.Prepare detailed quantity takeoffs for underground utility projects including:Water mainsSanitary sewer systemsStorm sewer and drainage systemsGas distribution systemsElectrical and telecommunications duct banksSite utility improvementsSolicit, evaluate, and negotiate pricing from subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers.Develop labor, equipment, material, and production cost analyses.Prepare bid proposals and supporting documentation for public and private utility infrastructure projects.Identify project risks, constructability concerns, and opportunities for value engineering.Participate in pre-bid meetings, site visits, and project walk-throughs.Collaborate with project managers, field operations, and executive leadership to develop competitive bidding strategies.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state, or local law.
