You'll collaborate with project teams to identify cost-saving opportunities, assess risks, and ensure estimates align with client expectations.Projects may include warehouses, distribution centers, manufacturing facilities, and commercial spaces. They are proficient in estimating software and Excel, and have a strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and subcontractor markets.Strong communication skills, organizational ability, and a proactive mindset are essential.
