Job Description

Review project plans and specifications to prepare detailed cost estimates for complex commercial construction projects.
Analyze labor, material, equipment, and subcontractor costs to develop competitive bids.
Collaborate with project managers, architects, and clients to ensure estimates align with project goals and timelines.
Evaluate historical data and market trends to improve accuracy and refine future estimates.
Present estimates and cost proposals to leadership and stakeholders for approval and negotiation.

The Successful Applicant

Demonstrating extensive experience estimating for education and/or municipal construction projects.
Possessing strong analytical skills to evaluate project plans, costs, and timelines accurately.
Excelling in communication and collaboration with clients, contractors, and project teams.
Displaying proficiency in estimating software and tools commonly used in the construction industry.
Bringing a track record of delivering accurate, competitive estimates that align with project objectives.
