Specializing in commercial, healthcare, education, multifamily, life sciences, and institutional projects, the company has built a reputation for delivering quality work, fostering strong client relationships, and investing in employee development.Job DescriptionReview project drawings, specifications, and bid documents.Prepare detailed quantity takeoffs and cost estimates.Solicit and evaluate subcontractor and supplier bids.Develop comprehensive project budgets and proposals.Analyze project scope and identify cost-saving opportunities.Assess project risks and provide strategic bidding recommendations.Collaborate with project management and preconstruction teams.Maintain estimating databases and historical cost records.Participate in pre-bid meetings, site visits, and client presentations.Assist with value engineering and alternative pricing exercises.Ensure all estimates are completed accurately and within deadlines.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
