You'll gain exposure to impactful projects, work alongside an experienced team, and have a clear opportunity to build a long-term career with a contractor that continues to raise the bar.Job DescriptionEstimator's Key Responsibilities: Develop conceptual and detailed estimates that help shape projects from the earliest stages through final design.Partner with design teams to provide strategic budget guidance and accurate pricing throughout design development.Own the full bidding process, including quantity takeoffs, subcontractor outreach, bid tracking, pricing, bid leveling, and final submissions.Analyze subcontractor and supplier bids to ensure competitive, accurate, and complete pricing.Build and maintain estimating databases, cost histories, and assemblies to continuously improve pricing accuracy and efficiency.Help drive the implementation and optimization of modern estimating software and technology.Collaborate directly with clients, architects, designers, and construction teams to develop and refine conceptual and detailed estimates.Transition awarded projects seamlessly into construction by partnering with Project Managers to establish accurate project budgets and set the team up for success.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
