Job Description

  • Support daily field operations on commercial, institutional, healthcare, biotech, and manufacturing construction projects.
  • Assist with coordinating subcontractors, schedules, site logistics, and workflow.
  • Help maintain safety standards and enforce company and OSHA requirements.
  • Monitor progress on active job sites, especially within occupied environments.
  • Communicate with project teams, clients, and field staff to keep work moving efficiently.
  • Assist with documentation, daily reports, inspections, and punch list activities.
  • Ensure work is completed according to plans, specifications, and quality expectations.
  • Support the Superintendent in resolving field issues and maintaining project momentum.
  • Represent the company professionally on job sites across Rhode Island and nearby MA markets.

The Successful Applicant

Qualifications:

  • 2-7+ years of field experience with a Commercial GC.
  • Procore experience.
  • Experience working in occupied environments, with strong awareness of safety, communication, and sensitivity to active operations.
  • Ability to support day‑to‑day site coordination with subcontractors, vendors, and field teams.
  • Strong understanding of construction sequencing, site logistics, and safety protocols.
  • Excellent communication and professionalism when interacting with clients, tenants, and project teams.
  • Detail‑oriented approach to documentation, daily reporting, inspections, and punch lists.
  • Team‑first attitude with the ability to take initiative and follow direction effectively.
  • Reliable, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities on fast‑moving projects.
  • Commitment to quality, safety, and representing the company well in the field.
  • Interest in long‑term growth within a supportive, relationship‑driven organization.
