Facilities Director

• Direct all facility and infrastructure operations, including maintenance, utilities, building systems, grounds, and site services.
• Develop and execute facility strategies that support production goals, operational efficiency, and future expansion plans.
• Lead maintenance and facilities teams, providing coaching, development, and performance management.
• Manage capital improvement projects, facility upgrades, equipment installations, and contractor activities.
• Oversee utility systems including electrical, water, HVAC, compressed air, refrigeration, and other critical plant infrastructure.
• Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations related to safety, environmental, and facility operations.
• Establish and maintain preventive and predictive maintenance programs for facility assets.
• Develop and manage departmental budgets, capital expenditures, and cost-control initiatives.
• Partner closely with Operations, Production, Quality, Safety, and Engineering teams to support plant performance objectives.
• Monitor key performance indicators and implement continuous improvement initiatives to increase reliability and reduce downtime.
• Manage vendor relationships, service agreements, and external contractors.
• Lead emergency preparedness, business continuity, and facility security programs.
• Drive energy management and sustainability initiatives where applicable.
• Ensure all facility activities are conducted in accordance with GMP, food safety, and company standards.
