These products enable the production of microchips that power technologies such as artificial intelligence, electric vehicles, consumer electronics, and data infrastructure.Job Description Operations ManagementDirect daily maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair activities for critical facility and utility systems, including UPW, HVAC, electrical, and process support equipment.Ensure the safe, reliable, and efficient operation of facility infrastructure.Monitor system performance and implement corrective and preventive maintenance strategies.Drive continuous improvements related to reliability, uptime, and operational efficiency.Capital Projects & Project LeadershipLead the planning, design, execution, and commissioning of capital projects and facility upgrades.Manage project scope, budgets, timelines, contractor performance, and project deliverables.Support facility expansions, equipment installations, and infrastructure improvements aligned with business objectives.Monitor project performance and allocate resources to ensure successful completion of key initiatives.Team LeadershipLead, mentor, and develop engineering, maintenance, and technical personnel.Manage performance, training, succession planning, and employee development activities.Foster accountability, collaboration, and a safety-first culture throughout the organization.Provide direction and oversight to third-party contractors and engineering service providers.Compliance & SafetyEnsure all facility operations comply with applicable safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements.Support Process Safety Management (PSM), Risk Management Plan (RMP), and environmental compliance programs.Maintain adherence to company quality standards, safety procedures, and engineering best practices.Participate in audits, inspections, investigations, and corrective action programs as required.Budgeting & Strategic PlanningDevelop and manage departmental operating and capital budgets.Establish long-term facility infrastructure and reliability strategies.Develop and implement engineering standards, policies, and procedures.Manage the capital approval process and provide financial justification for proposed projects.Deliver regular reporting on departmental metrics, project status, asset reliability, and operational performance.Continuous ImprovementLead initiatives focused on improving safety, quality, efficiency, reliability, and cost performance.Drive root cause analysis and sustainable corrective actions for recurring operational issues.Partner with Operations, Quality, EHS, and Supply Chain teams to support manufacturing excellence.Participate in cross-functional review boards and change management processes to support safe and effective business operations.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
