Job Description

As the Facilities Supervisor, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management and performance of site facilities across multiple locations.

  • Oversee the upkeep and daily operations of buildings, systems, and grounds across multiple sites
  • Ensure all building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, structural) are maintained to a high standard
  • Coordinate preventative and reactive maintenance to minimise disruption to operations
  • Manage external vendors and service contracts, ensuring quality and cost expectations are met
  • Partner with procurement to manage purchasing and control facility-related budgets
  • Support safety compliance, working closely with internal stakeholders to meet regulatory standards
  • Lead or support facility improvement projects, contributing to site expansion and operational scalability

The Successful Applicant

For the Facilities Supervisor, we are seeking:

  • 3-5+ years' experience in facilities or site management, ideally within manufacturing or a multi-site environment
  • Strong technical understanding of building systems and maintenance operations
  • Experience managing vendors, contractors, and service providers
  • Proven ability to manage budgets with a cost-conscious mindset
  • Knowledge of workplace safety standards and compliance requirements
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with CMMS systems is advantageous
  • A proactive, hands-on approach with the ability to prioritise in a fast-paced environment
