Known for its stability, strong leadership, and employee-focused culture, the company offers long-term career opportunities with a growing project portfolio.Job DescriptionManage the Quality Control Program for federal construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.Ensure all project work complies with contract specifications, plans, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.Conduct inspections, manage testing activities, and maintain project quality documentation.Coordinate with project management, superintendents, subcontractors, and client representatives to resolve quality-related issues.Lead quality control meetings and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reporting.Monitor project progress to ensure work is completed in accordance with established quality and safety standards.Utilize USACE quality control processes and software platforms to track compliance and project documentation.Support multiple project locations as needed throughout the DC Metro area and East Coast region.Participate in project audits, punch-list activities, and final acceptance processes.Serve as the primary point of contact for all quality-related matters on assigned projects.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
