The organization has a strong reputation for safety, operational excellence, and career development, offering structured growth pathways and a collaborative work environment.Job DescriptionManage day-to-day site operations across multiple construction projects, ensuring adherence to schedule and specifications.Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to maintain workflow efficiency and prevent delays.Lead project planning discussions and resolve construction, technical, and logistical challenges in real time.Maintain detailed daily reports, progress updates, and project documentation.Monitor project costs, materials usage, and timelines, adjusting schedules as needed.Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality and compliance with design specifications.Serve as the primary liaison with ownership and stakeholders.Enforce all federal, state, and site-specific reporting and compliance requirements.Implement and enforce the site-specific Accident Prevention Plan.Conduct daily safety inspections and lead regular toolbox talks.Ensure full compliance with EM 385-1-1 safety standards.Identify, address, and mitigate potential hazards proactively.Act as the primary safety contact for government representativesMPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
