Federal Construction Superintendent - New Jersey

• Manage day-to-day site operations across multiple construction projects, ensuring adherence to schedule and specifications.
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to maintain workflow efficiency and prevent delays.
• Lead project planning discussions and resolve construction, technical, and logistical challenges in real time.
• Maintain detailed daily reports, progress updates, and project documentation.
• Monitor project costs, materials usage, and timelines, adjusting schedules as needed.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality and compliance with design specifications.
• Serve as the primary liaison with ownership and stakeholders.
• Enforce all federal, state, and site-specific reporting and compliance requirements.
• Implement and enforce the site-specific Accident Prevention Plan.
• Conduct daily safety inspections and lead regular toolbox talks.
• Ensure full compliance with EM 385-1-1 safety standards.
• Identify, address, and mitigate potential hazards proactively.
• Act as the primary safety contact for government representatives
