Job Description

    • Manage all day-to-day field operations on federal construction projects.
    • Develop and maintain project schedules alongside the project management team.
    • Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and self-perform work activities.
    • Ensure compliance with federal, client, and company safety requirements.
    • Lead site meetings and maintain communication with owners, consultants, and project stakeholders.
    • Monitor quality control processes and ensure work is completed to specification.
    • Identify and resolve field issues to maintain productivity and schedule performance.
    • Mentor and develop field staff and assistant superintendents.

The Successful Applicant

    • 7+ years of Superintendent experience with a commercial general contractor.
    • Demonstrated experience overseeing federal, military, DoD, USACE, NAVFAC, or other government-funded construction projects.
    • Strong knowledge of project scheduling, safety regulations, and construction means and methods.
    • Ability to lead multifunctional project teams and manage subcontractor performance.
    • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
    • OSHA 30 certification preferred.
    • Ability to travel or relocate as required by project needs.
